The Golden Domes of Brunei

Head to the water village of Kampong Ayer and spot probosci’s monkeys hiding in the trees. These fascinating creatures have distinct noses unlike anything you have seen before, and they are endemic to the island of Borneo.

Take a visit to the lush rainforest of Ulu Temburong National Park, Brunei’s unspoiled area of natural beauty. Only a tiny portion of the rainforest is open for tourists to visit, and logging is banned here, meaning this rich ecosystem thrives without the threat of deforestation.
