First time working with a travel agent and first time on a cruise – both exceeded expectations! Jade and Martin were helpful, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Jade took our brief/budget and offered a huge choice of options – one of whch was the cruise with MSC out of Southampton, bit of a wildcard for us but we’re so glad we booked this one. Martin held our hands for the pre-cruise part with loads of information and help with getting everything sorted. We will definitely book with Holiday Hamster again and cannot reccommend them highly enough. Thank you guys!
